Where AI Actually Pays Off

AI is only worth the money when it gives your team back hours or wins you work. We start with the jobs your people repeat every week, work out which ones AI can genuinely take over, and put it in place without breaking anything.

AI Readiness Assessment

We sit down with your team, map the tasks that eat the most time, and tell you plainly which ones AI can genuinely take over — what it costs, and what could go wrong.

Microsoft Copilot Rollout

If you already pay for Microsoft 365, you may already own Copilot. We tidy up permissions, build prompts and templates around your real work, and train staff so it actually gets used.

Help Desk & Ticket Automation

AI triages tickets, drafts the first reply and pulls up the right knowledge article — so your team answers faster without adding headcount.

Document & Knowledge Search

Ask a question in plain English and get the answer out of your own files — contracts, procedures, job history — instead of hunting through shared drives.

AI Security & Governance

A written AI policy, data-loss controls, and a review of what the tools you already run are doing with company data. AI has to be safe before it is fast.

Workflow Automation

If a task moves between two systems, it can usually be automated. We connect AI to the tools you already use — quoting, onboarding, scheduling, reporting.

AI Without The Hype

No moonshots and no jargon. We pick the two or three places AI will pay for itself in your business, put them live, and measure the difference.

Your Data Has To Be Ready First

AI is only as good as what it can see. Before anything goes live we sort out where your data lives, who can reach it, and what should never be handed to a model. For most South Florida businesses that means a short, unglamorous cleanup — file structure, permissions, backups — and it is the step that decides whether AI saves you time or creates a new mess.

We also set the limits: which tools are approved, what staff may paste into them, and how you show a client or an insurer that you thought about it.

Questions We Hear About AI

1. Do we actually need AI to stay competitive?

Not every business needs it this year, and we will tell you if yours does not. Where AI earns its keep is repeatable work: the same questions, the same documents, the same inbox sorting. If your team loses real hours to that, it pays for itself. If not, we will say so.

2. Is our company data safe if we turn Copilot on?

Only if your permissions are right. Microsoft 365 AI answers with whatever the signed-in user can already open — so the risk is usually old, over-permissive sharing rather than the AI itself. We review and tighten that first, then roll out.

3. We already pay for Microsoft 365 — do we pay again for AI?

Often Copilot is already included on your licences, or available as an add-on to them. We check what you already own before anyone quotes you something new, and if a separate tool is a better fit we will show you why with the numbers.

4. What does an AI project cost?

The assessment is a fixed, one-time engagement. Rollouts are scoped one workflow at a time, so you see the cost and the result before we spread it across the business. You get a written scope before any work begins.

5. Will AI replace our staff?

In our experience it removes the tedious part of a job, not the person doing it. The aim is that your existing team handles more without the busywork — and that you stop hiring just to keep up with volume.

6. Where should a small business start?

With one workflow that annoys everyone and repeats every week. We pick it together, automate it properly, then use what we learn to decide what comes next.
